Larisa Bulachi is the founder and principal paralegal of DeJure Paralegal Services LLC. She has been an innovator in the legal field for over eight years and has  earned a strong reputation as a result driven, impactful and cost-effective professional who provides legal services to small law firms and solo practitioners. As an immigrant and entrepreneur, Larisa brings a unique combination of passion and focus to the areas of Family Law, Real Estate, Immigration Law and Corporate Law.

Before moving to the United States of America, Larisa was a successful in-house counselor in Moldova where she counseled on Contract Law and debt collection matters. She represented companies in drafting complex customer and supplier agreements and was successful in negotiating the collection of up to 80% of debts to such companies annually by either settlement or execution of judgments.
